COMMENTS:
In the title I believe that the word “Toolkit” is somewhat misguiding of the actual content of the book. In my opinion she is actually defining a development method for EA – with some parallels to software development methods.
Which I think is GREAT, and shows great potential of tying the EA process together with the development process (and actually implementing the intended architecture).
